That being said, therapy is a non-linear journey, meaning that the timeline for each patient is unique and has its own pace, flow, and passages of ease and difficulty.

2. How often will we meet?

Therapy sessions usually last 50 to 60 minutes and are held weekly, biweekly, or more widely spaced. Additionally, throughout the counseling process, we will maintain an open and compassionate environment so that you can explore new healing approaches that best suit you and your needs. I encourage you to review your treatment goals, including how to know when you are ready to complete our work together.

4. Do you accept insurance?

I don't work with any insurance; However, many health insurance companies partially reimburse out-of-network therapy. I will be happy to provide you with a receipt for our sessions to send to your insurance company. Please let me know at the beginning of treatment if you need a receipt. It is your responsibility to verify your eligibility with your insurance company and you will be expected to pay the full fee at the time of your visit.
